Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes natural variations in colour, crystals, botanicals, or scent.
All products are handmade, and each item is unique.
Faulty or Damaged Items
You are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law if an item:
• is faulty
• arrives damaged
• is not as described
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Ingredients are listed where required.
Please review them before purchase.
Refunds cannot be issued for reactions caused by personal sensitivities.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless legally required.
