I’m Caity, the heart and hands behind True Intentions by Caity. My love for calm, beautiful spaces has been with me for as long as I can remember. I’ve always believed that our environment has its own quiet language—the way a room feels can shape our mood, our energy, and the way we move through the world.

Alongside this creative journey, I work within a holistic skincare company that focuses on nurturing the body from the inside out. That work continually reminds me that wellbeing begins with the small rituals we choose for ourselves—slow, grounded, nourishing moments that support us from within. These values flow straight into everything I create.

At home, life is full and vibrant with two young kids and a loving, supportive partner. In the middle of that beautiful chaos, I found myself drawn to gentle pockets of peace—the soft glow of a candle, a deep breath, a quiet reset. What began as a personal ritual soon grew into something more meaningful.
