Orders & Processing
How long does my order take to process?
Ready-made items: 1–3 business days. Custom items or large orders: 3–7 business days.
This does not include weekends or public holidays.
What if I need to change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not been packed or shipped, we may be able to make changes.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide.
How long does shipping take?
Standard: 3–10 business days.
Express: 1–4 business days (where available).
Rural areas may take longer.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is emailed once your parcel is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer change-of-mind returns?
No. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will assess and replace or refund according to Australian Consumer Law.
Products
Why do my crystals or candles look slightly different from photos?
All crystals and handmade items naturally vary in colour, shape, and appearance. Every item is unique.
Are your bath products suitable for sensitive skin?
Ingredients are listed for all bath/body items. Please read them carefully before use.
Are crystal meanings medical advice?
No. Crystal properties are based on traditional beliefs and are not a substitute for professional care.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All major payment methods available through Shopify (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use trusted third-party payment processors.We never store full credit card details.
